What You’ll Be Doing (Day 1) Owning the candidate side of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to placement Building strong talent pipelines within your chosen tech vertical Managing candidate relationships and delivering on live roles Collaborating closely with high-billing 360 consultants on active mandates What You’ll Be Learning & Progressing Into Business development and winning new client relationships Managing and growing your own client base Taking full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle (360) Driving your own revenue and maximising commission What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a 180 / delivery recruiter Exposure to tech markets Ambition to move into a 360 role and increase earnings A high-performance mindset and willingness to learn from top billers Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
