🚨 Account Director – Integrated Agency 📍 London | Hybrid 💰 c. £60k + bonus A brilliant opportunity for a hands on Account Director to join a growing independent boutique agency with a strong digital and integrated offering. You will be leading work for a large, global brand, delivering across a mix of channels and campaigns, with real scope to influence strategy, build relationships, and drive account growth. This is a great role for someone who enjoys being close to the work, partnering with clients, and playing a key role in both delivery and commercial success. The role: • Lead and grow senior client relationships • Own strategic account planning and delivery • Drive new briefs and identify growth opportunities • Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, social, content and print • Manage projects end to end, from brief through to delivery • Support financial planning, forecasting and reporting • Lead and mentor junior team members • Get involved in new business and pitches

What they are looking for: • Proven experience as an Account Director within an interared /digital marketing agency • Strong B2B experience is a big plus • Confident managing senior stakeholders • Commercially aware and comfortable owning revenue targets • Hands on, proactive and solutions focused • Able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball • Someone who enjoys being in a smaller, agile environment where you can make an impact
