As a founding GTM hire reporting to the CEO, you will own the full sales cycle for an AI platform revolutionizing how trades businesses manage operations. You will drive revenue by self-sourcing pipeline and closing $40k deals with SMB and mid-market customers, helping them eliminate missed calls and lost revenue.

What You Will Do

Execute the full sales cycle including aggressive outbound prospecting, running product demos, and closing deals with business owners. Collaborate directly with the founding team to refine the sales pitch, identify target segments, and build the repeatable sales machine. Manage high-velocity deal cycles typically ranging from 3-4 weeks with average contract values of approximately $40k.

The ideal candidate

Proven track record as a top-performing AE in B2B SaaS or agentic software who consistently overachieves their sales quotas. Self-starter with the grit to thrive in an early-stage environment without a supporting SDR team or established playbooks. Strong communicator comfortable selling to business owners and trades professionals in a fast-paced, 5-day in-office London environment.
