: You will play a key part in the customer experience and in the daily success of our soluti on:Provide high-quality functional support to Yooz custome rs.Analyse, qualify and document customer reques ts.Deliver fast, relevant and effective solutions, and follow issues through to full resoluti on.Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Projects, R&D, IT) to ensure swift and efficient problem-solvi ng.Support customers in using and configuring the Yooz soluti on.Support customers in adapting their accounting processes to the Yooz soluti on,Ensure correct configuration, smooth adoption, and operational efficien cy.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product by sharing customer feedback and suggestio ns.Actively contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term loyal

ng ? A degree in Accounting (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) or proven professional experience as an accoun tant.Strong knowledge of the accounting ecosystem, including invoice digitisation tools and ERP systems such as Cegid, Sage, Isagri, Fulll, NetSuite, ACD, M3, EBP, etc.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a clear, professional and courteous ma nner.Strong analytical and problem-solving abili ties.A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help.The ability to work collaboratively within a team.Adaptability and a strong capacity to learn new technologies qui
