We’re looking for an organised and proactive volunteer to provide flexible administrative and PA support to our Interim CEO/Hub Manager and Board of Directors, helping ensure smooth and efficient operations at The Hub @ Toothill.
What difference will you make?
By supporting the CEO/Hub Manager and the Board, you will enable The Hub @ Toothill to focus on project delivery, strategic growth, and community engagement. Your contribution will help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day administrative operations, strengthen community connections, and assist in bringing a long-loved local space back to life. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting policy development, and upholding effective organisational systems, all of which contribute to a vibrant, sustainable environment for the residents of Toothill and Swindon.

What You Will Be Doing
As a volunteer Admin Assistant, your key responsibilities will include
Assisting with project coordination, including supporting the Interim CEO/Chair to follow up on action points Supporting correspondence, document preparation, and reporting Managing organisation-wide administrative tasks, such as email communication, volunteer recruitment, digital filing, and record-keeping Maintaining and updating logs, action trackers, and organisational records Supporting policy development and documentation, ensuring alignment with the Hub’s values and procedures Providing ad hoc support across projects and initiatives as required Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with data protection policies Helping team members manage workloads and track deadlines
