We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join our Admissions team, playing a key role in supporting applicants and students. You’ll help create a positive and welcoming experience for prospective students, offering guidance, supporting key open day activities, answering queries, and ensuring applications are processed smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing: Acting as a first point of contact for applicant enquiries, delivering a friendly and professional service Supporting the processing of applications and maintaining accurate records Assisting with key recruitment activities such as Open Days, Confirmation and Clearing Working collaboratively with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the applicant experience Supporting immigration compliance

Is this you? The successful candidates will have – Experience of working in a customer-facing environment delivering administrative processes A proactive team player who enjoys working with people and building positive relationships Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of individuals both in-person and online Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to manage your workload, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude towards feedback and continuous improvement
