If you’re someone who doesn’t just manage partnerships but actively looks for ways to scale them, improve them, and turn them into real commercial drivers, this one’s worth a look. We’re working with a high-growth digital marketing agency that partners with global brands and is continuing to invest heavily into its performance marketing function. This role sits right at the centre of that growth. You’ll have real ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape strategy rather than just execute it. This isn’t about maintaining the status quo. It’s about identifying where the next opportunity sits and going after it.

What you’ll be doing: Owning the full lifecycle of affiliate partnerships, from sourcing and onboarding through to optimisation and growth Building and executing strategies to attract high-quality partners and scale acquisition channels Managing and developing a portfolio of affiliate relationships, driving consistent performance improvements Negotiating commercial agreements with a clear focus on revenue, profitability, and long-term value Analysing performance data across key metrics such as ROI, conversion, acquisition and retention, using insights to inform decisions Continuously optimising campaigns, partner activity and commercial terms to maximise output Working closely with internal teams to improve acquisition journeys and conversion performance Providing clear reporting, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders Spotting risks and opportunities early, adapting strategy to maintain momentum and growth

What they’re looking for: Proven experience in affiliate or performance marketing, managing multiple partners at scale Strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes Confidence working with data, drawing insights and turning them into action Someone proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable owning their channel Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments Strong relationship builder who knows how to get the best out of partners
