Genflow has scaled to over $115M in agency revenue over the last 10 years, working with some of the world's biggest creators, brands, and businesses. The Genflow Growth Accelerator is a 6-month, high-touch programme for agency founders who are serious about scaling. With 500+ agency owners already through the programme, members get access to live coaching calls, a private Slack community, and the exact frameworks, SOPs, and systems that Genflow have used to scale. The programme covers 5 core pillars: Strategy, sales and growth Client management and profitability Operations and team management Paid ads, funnels and marketing Digital product monetisation. Members are expected to make real, measurable progress across every area of their agency over the 6 months, and it is the coach's job to make sure that happens. As the programme scales, we are bringing on a dedicated Agency Growth Consultant to sit at the heart of the community and acting as a business consultant to an assigned portfolio of agency founders, taking real responsibility for their outcomes. The Role: We are hiring an Agency Growth Consultant who will act as the dedicated strategic advisor to a portfolio of agency founders across their time in the Accelerator. From the moment a founder joins, you are their business strategist, helping them diagnose the right problems, prioritise the right moves, and execute with urgency throughout the programme. This is not a delivery role. You will not be doing the work for them. You will be the person who challenges their thinking, holds them accountable to their own goals, and makes sure they leave the programme materially better than when they arrived. You will build their growth roadmap, run structured weekly and monthly check-ins, answer questions in Slack between calls, and flag problems before they compound. The full scope covers every area of agency growth, from client acquisition and pricing through to team structure, hiring, and personal brand.
Key Responsibilities: Build a tailored growth roadmap for each founder at the start of their programme, clear 30/60/90-day priorities tied to revenue and operational outcomes Run structured weekly 1:1 check-ins to review progress, remove blockers, and recalibrate priorities based on what is actually happening in the business Conduct monthly progress reviews: tracking against key milestones and identifying what is working, what is not, and what needs to change Be actively present in the Slack community answering strategic questions, giving punchy actionable advice, and keeping founders moving between calls Cover the full scope of agency growth: client acquisition, pricing and packaging, delivery ops, team structure and hiring, personal brand, partnerships, and commercial positioning Spot early-stage problems before they compound; proactively flagging risks and course-correcting founders who are drifting off track Maintain clean records on each founder's progress and feed insights back to the Genflow team on outcomes, wins, and blockers Learn & internalise the Genflow methodology including frameworks, systems, and playbooks so that your coaching consistently reflects the proven approach that has generated $115M+ in agency revenue. Act as a bridge between the Genflow leadership team & the member community, translating senior-level thinking into founder-level coaching.
You're a Fit If You Have: A genuine track record of advising founders or business owners, not just working inside a business, but advising multiple businesses simultaneously (consulting, fractional, or advisory background) Deep familiarity with how agencies operate and scale. Strong commercial instincts; you think in revenue outcomes & pipelines, not just activity & effort Experience managing a portfolio of client or founder relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball The ability to give direct, clear advice quickly: you are not someone who hedges or over-qualifies everything Excellent written communication: Slack is a primary channel and your messages need to land with clarity and energy Comfort with ambiguity and pace: we move fast and iterate; you need to adapt as founders' situations evolve
