AI Data Consultant – Financial Services - £85,000 + Package – Leeds (Hybrid)

Leading Financial Services client now requires a strong AI Consultant to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions on large-scale datasets.

This role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights and production-ready AI models.

Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions. Work with large, complex datasets to extract insights and drive decision-making. Build data pipelines and prepare datasets for modelling. Apply advanced analytics to use cases such as prediction, risk modelling, and recommendation systems. Evaluate model performance and optimise for accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions. Communicate findings clearly through visualisation and storytelling.

Key Requirements: Strong experience in machine learning and AI model development. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., model development and deployment). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics. Hands-on experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Experience building predictive models in real-world applications.

This is a permanent position which provides a base salary of up to £85,000, plus bonus and package.

In terms of working structure, this is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in their Leeds office and the rest remote.
