A London-based organisation is looking to bring on an AI Engineer to help develop next-generation intelligent systems powered by advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agentic AI approaches. This role offers the chance to work on impactful, real-world applications at the intersection of modern AI and robust software engineering.

What you’ll do Design and implement advanced RAG pipelines with hybrid search, re-ranking, and optimized retrieval strategies Build and deploy conversational AI agents with robust multi-turn dialogue and contextual memory Develop end-to-end voice AI systems integrating STT, TTS, and real-time audio processing Optimize LLM performance through fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks Architect scalable AI infrastructure, including model serving, monitoring, and observability in production environments
