The Role
A rare chance to join a small, focused product team building something entirely new — from the very first line of code. You'll work side by side with technical and product leadership, helping shape not just what gets built, but how. What You'll Be Building
Working across the full stack with technologies including React, Node.js, and TypeScript, you'll ship user-facing features in tight feedback loops and help lay the architectural foundations of a product built to scale. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and leadership. This isn't a heads-down execution role. Engineers here are expected to bring ideas, make calls, and own outcomes end to end.

What We're Looking For
An entrepreneurial mindset. You think critically and take ownership. Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React and/or Node.js Comfortable shipping in fast-moving environments without a lot of hand-holding Already integrating AI tools into your day-to-day to work smarter and faster Strong grasp of clean code, software architecture, and engineering fundamentals Genuine interest in building products that matter at scale

Bonus Points For
Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, AWS, or GCP Side projects, open-source work, or time in a startup Interest in AI, automation, or enterprise software
Location
Fully remote, open to candidates based in the United Kingdom, Germany and France. No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available unfortunately.

Salary
Open to all levels hence the wide salary range: ÂŁ50,000 - ÂŁ120,000 + equity options
