SEEK Appliances is looking for a personable, competent and friendly administrative assistant to be a key point of contact for the business within the repairs arm of the business.
We are looking for someone to work 30 hours across a 4-day working week from Monday – Thursday. Shift patterns are flexible.

Responsibilities
- Call handling and data processing
- Monitoring and maintaining an email inbox
- Job booking and management
- Following up sales leads
- Data Entry
- Meeting and Calendar support
You will work closely with our Office Manager and receive full on-the-job training. You’ll also spend approximately 1 day per week studying for your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.
