Apprentice Sales Negotiator - Keighley

If you have an interest in Property, this is a great opportunity to work with busy Estate Agents. You will learn all about what is involved and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge within the Sales team.

Requirements

• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Desirable qualifications:
  • GCSE in English (grade 4)
  • GCSE in Maths (grade 4)

Responsibilities

• Assist with incoming calls and make outbound calls to our vendor and prospective buyers.
• Recommend new properties to prospective buyers.
• Book viewings.
• Support the team by providing administrative support.
• Work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship, including Functional Skills if required.
• Learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

Benefits

• Wage: £15,600 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age. National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices. Check minimum wage rates.
• Training course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with Saturday shift on a rota basis. 37 hours 30 minutes a week.
• Start date: Monday 1 June 2026
• Duration: 1 year 3 months
• Opportunity to become a negotiator.

Application Process

• Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
• Training will be delivered via fortnightly day release at National Business College in Huddersfield or via Teams.
