Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architectural Project Specialist (Architectural Assistant Part II) to join the firm as part of our Data Centres team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise. Assisting on full life cycle projects Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project Translating concepts and information into images Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions Assisting with contract administration responsibilities Coordinating with a variety of consultants This role is an in-office position RIBA-accredited Part II qualified Pursuing architectural registration Some professional experience is desired Revit proficiency strongly preferred. Experience with other 3D software is a plus. Exhibits emerging organisational, design, detailing, teamwork and communication skills Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential Corgan creates opportunities for personal and professional growth that bring out the best in ourselves and those around us by sharpening skills, leveraging technology, and encouraging communication.
