Role description:
Our vision is to be the leading asset management organisation supporting our clients optimise the performance and value from their physical assets through the lifecycle of planning, creation, maintenance, operation, and disposal. We combine our digital, engineering, data analytics and consultancy expertise from our global teams to deliver sustainable and predictive asset management solutions for asset intensive organisations, enabling operational, tactical, and strategic asset management decision making in a continually changing environment.
Based in the UK, we have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Management Director to join our Rail Asset Management team and help achieve this vision. You will support the delivery our UK rail asset management strategy, lead key areas of business development including value propositions and support the delivery of a range of asset management consultancy projects.
You will be a senior leader within the mobility business at Arcadis, reporting to the Head of Rail Asset Management. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and converting market opportunities.

Role accountabilities:
Lead the development of asset management solutions in rail.
Working with the head of rail asset management contribute towards the growth of the rail asset management service offering and capabilities
Lead business development opportunities and value propositions across the rail sector.
Lead the delivery of a range of asset management consultancy projects.
Build trusted relationships with client teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
Substantive experience in rail industry service leadership and asset management Ability to build develop strong relationships and work with resources and teams across the business in the UK and internationally Demonstrable experience of building client and partnership relationships Strong asset knowledge in rail with an ability to transfer this knowledge to other infrastructure assets Some additional cross sector experience would be desirable Knowledge of asset management practices including ISO 55001, asset lifecycle planning, investment planning, performance-based asset management and digital transformation in asset management.
