The Crown Tavern is a beautiful pub catering for many with spacious dining and pub areas as well as a large beer garden. Having recently undergone a major refurbishment, we are looking to take our business to the next level. We strive to be the best pub in the community, delivering great service, a comprehensive drinks range, and traditional British dishes using seasonal ingredients. We cater for a variety of events, from live sports (home to Sky Sports) to weddings, life celebrations, bank holiday festivities, and our traditional pie & mash offer. We aim to be the home away from home in the community.

Requirements

• A motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food-focused pub.
• A genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
• A pro-active approach to team management.
• Enthusiasm & drive to continue the success of our pub.
• Commitment to a career in hospitality.

• Play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.
