Requirements

• A passion for great service and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate orders, recommend dishes with enthusiasm, and ensure guests' needs are met.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving minor issues and escalating where needed.
• Work together with colleagues to create a strong, supportive team. Help new team members settle in by sharing knowledge and offering guidance.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods to keep service running smoothly.
• Keep your section clean and organised, maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Follow food safety and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Process payments correctly and ensure transactions are handled efficiently.
• Welcome every guest with warmth and sincerity, setting the tone for a heartfelt experience from the start.
• Bring positive energy to the team, working together to create an uplifting, friendly atmosphere.
• Stay one step ahead by tuning in to guests’ needs and delivering service that feels effortless and thoughtful.
• Take pride in your surroundings—supporting the management team to keep the restaurant clean, organised, and ready to serve with heart.
