Benefits & Pensions Analyst

Location: London (Euston) Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours)

The Opportunity We are partnering with a growing, multi-brand professional services organisation undergoing significant transformation and investment. With strong backing and ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is evolving its people strategy and reward offering to support continued expansion. This role sits within a central Reward team and offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders, along with the chance to shape and enhance benefits and pensions across a complex, multi-entity environment.

The Role You will support both the day-to-day delivery and ongoing development of benefits and pensions, playing a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Reward & Governance Support the development and implementation of reward strategy Provide insight into pay structures, job architecture, and reward frameworks Ensure governance and compliance across benefits and pension schemes Review and enhance benefits to ensure competitiveness Contribute to wider recognition and total reward initiatives Data, Insights & Reporting Reconcile payroll with benefits and pensions on a monthly basis Support forecasting through cost modelling and trend analysis Produce dashboards and insights for senior stakeholders Support annual reward cycles (salary review, bonus, incentives) Lead on Gender Pay Gap reporting, from data through to narrative Drive improvements in data quality, reporting, and processes

About You You will bring a strong analytical mindset combined with commercial awareness, and a genuine interest in reward and benefits.

You are likely to have: Experience in reward, benefits, or pensions analysis Strong data and analytical skills, including modelling and reporting Experience supporting salary reviews, bonus or incentive processes Knowledge of governance and compliance within benefits and pensions Exposure to payroll reconciliation and statutory reporting

You will be: Highly detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy Comfortable translating data into clear, actionable insight A confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders Proactive, curious, and motivated to improve processes
