Bid Coordinator – UK
EZO are a leading Charge Point Operator (CPO) delivering EV charging infrastructure across Ireland and, more recently, the UK. As part of our continued expansion, we are building a strong UK delivery team to support the rollout of high-quality, scalable charging solutions across public, commercial, and fleet sectors.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Junior Bid Coordinator to support our growing UK operations. This role is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, purpose-driven industry.
The Junior Bid Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating administrative aspects of the bid process, primarily using content from an established bid library. You will work closely with a Senior Manager who will provide guidance on strategy, structure, and final submission requirements.
Key Responsibilities Support the preparation and submission of high-quality bid and tender documents Source, compile, and tailor content from the company’s bid library Format and proofread documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism Maintain and update the bid library, ensuring content is current and relevant Coordinate bid timelines, deadlines, and document control Assist in gathering technical, commercial, and compliance information from internal teams Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and are delivered on time Track bid activity and maintain records of submissions and outcomes Support continuous improvement by incorporating feedback into future submissions
Key Skills & Experience Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent written English with strong attention to detail Ability to follow processes and work to deadlines Comfortable working with documents, templates, and structured content Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Desirable: Previous experience in bid coordination, administration, or document management Exposure to construction, infrastructure, or EV/energy sectors Familiarity with tender portals or procurement processes
