You don’t need a medical background or any qualifications, we just need your friendly, flexible approach to make our volunteer donors feel welcome, at ease and valued. You will receive training to undertake this vital role.

Hours of work are variable and may include weekdays, evenings, Sundays, and bank holidays. Shifts operate between 07:30 and 21:30, with each working day lasting 8 hours and 20 minutes.

Main duties of the job

You will work in a static Donor Centre to cover the after-donation refreshments area and any other appropriate duty relevant to that specific donor centre. This is a casual hour’s contract role, but you may be asked to work a variety of days, including evenings and Bank Holidays, but you have the flexibility to just work the days that you choose to do.
