Bookkeeper (Full Time)

Job Title: Bookkeeper (Full-Time) Location: Coventry, UK Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience) Experience – 2 years – 4 years Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Coventry. This is a full-time role supporting both UK and US entities, ideal for someone comfortable working across multiple sets of books and within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records for both UK and US companies Process accounts payable and receivable Perform bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities Prepare and submit UK VAT returns and support US sales tax processes Manage payroll and employee expenses where required Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures Work within our CRM and accounting system (Odoo) to manage financial data Liaise with external accountants in both the UK and US Requirements Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar finance role Experience using Odoo is preferred, or ability to learn quickly Strong understanding of UK bookkeeping and VAT Exposure to US accounting practices is desirable Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong Excel skills AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Friendly and collaborative working environment Opportunity to gain international accounting experience Pension scheme and holiday entitlement
