Business Development Executive – German Speaking London, United Kingdom (Hybrid) Drive Growth Across European Markets This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll play a key part in expanding market presence by identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and supporting the development of long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do Proactively engage prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking Generate and qualify leads, securing meetings for senior sales teams Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, nurturing early-stage relationships Research target markets to identify trends, decision-makers, and opportunities Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine outreach and engagement strategies Track and report on pipeline performance, lead activity, and conversion metrics Work closely with regional and global teams to share insights and drive growth

What You Bring 1–3+ years’ experience in business development or a client-facing role (B2B preferred) Proven success in lead generation and appointment setting Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Data-driven approach with experience using CRM systems Languages: Professional fluency in German and English is essential Bonus: Experience in commercial real estate, design & build, or professional services
