Your network is an asset. Here is how we help you leverage it.

Hetmos Group is a boutique advisory group operating across three senior verticals: M&A (Hetmos M&A), off-market real estate (Hetestate), and wealth structuring (Hetwealth). We work with executives, entrepreneurs, investors, and wealthy families who expect quality, discretion, and selectivity.

We are building a circle of Independent Business Introducers to represent our activities within their network.

What you will do • Introduce the group to decision-makers in your environment: CEOs, shareholders, investors, HNWIs, strategic partners • Spot opportunities across M&A deals, real estate transactions, and complex wealth needs • Qualify, initiate the relationship, and pass the baton to our internal teams • Build long-term, trust-based relationships • Represent the group with a premium, credible posture

Who fits Senior profiles from finance, law, advisory, real estate, family offices, or executive backgrounds with an active network of decision-makers. We also welcome junior profiles who come introduced, with the natural credibility to open qualified doors. M&A, real estate, or wealth expertise is not required. We train you.

Why join • Distinctive premium positioning • Experienced in-house execution team • Agile, entrepreneurial structure • 100% success-based compensation, uncapped • Full ability to leverage your network across one or several verticals

Growth Proven partners access larger mandates, can develop a territory or vertical, and are eligible for medium-term equity participation.

Interested? If you value discretion, long-term thinking, and quality over volume, we should talk.
