Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Business Management Analyst role located at our UK, Reading office. The Business Management Analyst will support organizational decision-making through data analysis, business performance evaluation, and process optimization. Responsibilities include analyzing financial and business data, developing actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging analytical tools to improve business outcomes. The analyst will assist in formulating strategies that enhance operational efficiency and achieve organizational objectives.
Some of the essential duties of this role include: Tracks, processes, analyzes and verifies operative and financial data related to Dealer network performance metrics, and organizing Dealer visits based on results Provide remote and direct support to Dealer Network within project assignment Adapt client´s Business Plan to our system and support Dealers for Business plan implementation Present regularly at all levels Business Management and KPI´s results, suggesting actions of improvement Provide training to the Dealer Network on the use of our internal software, data quality improvement, map charts, and assist on the analysis of their KPI´s performance data Serves as a contact for, develops relationships with the client to assist in effectively responding to requests and inquiries With limited guidance, plans, organizes, develops, and requests on time, adhering to client requested specifications
Examples of the type of financial data analysis carried out within the role: Using Composite reporting tools provide insight into: Dealer profitability Risk of dealer insolvency Margin performance by model Customer behaviour and discounting Opportunities for OEM incentives or bonus support
Monthly dealer data submission process requires robust data validation Benchmark creation Benchmarks and insights are published to both OEMs and dealers for: KPIs Performance monitoring Strategy development Network health assessment
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field Excellent Communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively with diverse teams Proficiency in Business Management and Business Analysis for process optimization and strategic planning Finance knowledge to analyze budgets, forecasts, and profitability is required (Accountancy qualification) Proven ability to work in both independent and team environments Proficiency in data analysis software and tools is a strong advantage
Experience in automotive sector • Global automotive retail network knowledge desired • Another European language would be a plus The successful candidate will be a flexible team player comfortable both in technically and client-focused environments.
