Position: Management Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $75–$83/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on management problems. Produce original problem sets using organizational charts, strategic frameworks, financial statements, and operational diagrams. Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance task quality and throughput. Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

PhD in Management, Organizational Behavior, or Strategy, or MBA or MS in Management with 3+ years applied, consulting, or academic experience, or BA/BS in Business or related field with 5+ years industry or research experience. Working fluency in at least two of: strategy, organizational behavior, operations, corporate finance, marketing management. Comfortable reading and interpreting organizational charts, strategic frameworks, financial statements, and operational diagrams. Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
