Business Manager – Housing Support Services
Housing Support Services provide regionally managed, locally delivered accommodation support for people on probation. The service operates across custody and community, coordinating partnerships, managing performance and ensuring housing interventions align with probation priorities and governance requirements.
The Business Manager plays a key role in supporting the Head of Housing Support Services and the wider team by providing effective business support. This includes leading on workforce and resource planning, overseeing budgets and financial monitoring, coordinating data collection, analysis and reporting.
