About The Role
Balfour Beatty are currently recruiting for a Business Performance Analyst, ideally based out of the Leeds office. The role sits within Project Controls (PT&D Planning) and is primarily office‑based, with some travel to live project locations.
Balfour Beatty also offer flexibility around remote working, in line with their commitment to agile and flexible working practices.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement monthly performance reporting, KPI measures and controls including scorecards and dashboards Manage relationships within KPI owners and client reporting teams Key Stakeholder within the Monthly performance review cycle and ETP Framework performance management Contribute to the improvement of KPI data quality throughout the PT&D organisation. Create methodologies to support process around reporting and KPI measures Identify opportunities to use data to identify areas for improvement Data Analysis: Aid the planning team to produce project data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify deviations, and make data-driven decisions for performance improvement. Governance: Ensuring that KPI reporting complies with all relevant contractual obligations Health and Safety: Develop and enforce a strong safety culture within the organisation, emphasising the well-being of colleagues and compliance with health and safety regulations. Drive innovation and efficiency to achieve successful project execution at a comprehensive level.

Knowledge
Strong understanding of all Office365 tools from both technology and usage (Particularly Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams). Expert level of working with Microsoft Excel (Particularly Power/Pivot Tables) Developing/integrating Power BI solutions
Experience
Experience in successfully managing performance reporting within Major Infrastructure projects and frameworks Significant experience in managing relationships with clients, enabling functions, operational teams, and other stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
