C# Backend Software Engineer - hiring all levels (grad-senior)

This is a rare chance for a C# Software Engineer to join a scaling technology consultancy working across a wide portfolio of client projects, designing and delivering backend software.

This is a high-calibre team with a high bar. You'll take on real ownership early and work alongside strong engineers across complex, distributed systems.

The Role Hands-on backend development in C#, with exposure across the stack as required. Solution design and end-to-end delivery across defence and public sector client projects. You'll work directly with clients, contribute to technical decisions, and help build robust, secure, data-centric systems to a high engineering standard

Requirements Strong backend development experience in C#/.NET (preferred), Java, or Python Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns and system design Comfortable working in a consultancy environment across different clients and projects SC Clearance or Eligible for clearance Experience in a consultancy or client-facing environment Minimum 2:1 in Computer Science or a related discipline from a top-tier university
