Role Description

This is a 30-hour, on-site role for a Centre Based Youth Worker located in Belfast. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and leading targeted programs for young people to encourage their personal, social, and educational development. The Youth Worker will provide mentoring, engage with young people on various issues, build trust, and promote positive behaviours. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with local organisations, supporting youth services projects, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment at the centre.

Salary JNC Starting Point = £35,236
