Our Guildford centre is entering an exciting phase of growth, including the development of a new Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) department, enhancing our ability to deliver integrated, patient-centred oncology care. This is a unique opportunity to lead a centre at the forefront of innovation and service expansion.
As a Centre Leader, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management, performance, and strategic direction of the Guildford centre. You will provide strong leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred services while driving commercial performance and growth.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you will shape the future of the centre, particularly as we expand services through the introduction of the new SACT offering.
What You’ll Do
Provide overall leadership and operational management of the centre, ensuring excellence in patient care and service delivery Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams including radiotherapy, diagnostics, nursing, administration and exercise medicine Drive a high-performance culture, using data and KPIs to inform decision-making and improve outcomes Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and key stakeholders to support referral growth Identify opportunities for service development, including maximising the impact of the new SACT department Ensure full compliance with governance, regulatory and safety standards (CQC, H&S, etc.) Contribute to financial performance, including budget planning and delivery Champion GenesisCare initiatives to improve quality, culture, efficiency and access Lead on patient experience improvements through feedback and continuous service development Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to raise the centre’s profile locally
What You’ll Have
Proven leadership experience within a healthcare environment Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering against P&L targets Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and driving performance Background in private healthcare and understanding of the healthcare market Experience as a CQC Registered Manager Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, including consultants Passion for delivering service excellence and improving patient outcomes Degree-level education with a relevant management qualification A collaborative, engaging leadership style with a focus on culture and people development
