The Ideal Candidate: • Proven track record across the Change and Transformation marketplace • Must have the gravitas to network at a senior / c-level client base • Successful track record in building a profitable business line and / or desk • Proven track record of billings personal and if applicable team • Previous track record of growing a team • Desire to take your career to the next level
