🔍 The Role Lead both client delivery and team performance: • Manage & review associate work • Oversee deadlines, compliance & reporting • Prepare/review accounts, VAT & management accounts • Provide technical accounting & tax support • Drive KPIs & tech implementation You’ll also manage a portfolio of high-value clients: • Financial reporting & management accounts • Forecasting (cashflow, profit & balance sheet) • Tax planning & growth strategy • Business exits (sales, MBOs) • Coaching on QuickBooks & Xero

✅ What We’re Looking For • Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) • Strong compliance experience (VAT, PAYE, Corp Tax) • Cloud accounting (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) • Leadership & communication skills • Highly organised, detail-focused, proactive
