Candidate Requirements

We are looking for a committed and skilled chef de partie immediately available who can uphold and contribute to our rosette standards:

  • Proven rosette background (minimum 2 rosette level experience)
  • Strong fresh food background
  • Confident working across all sections in a busy hotel kitchen
  • Commutable to Leeds preferred but live in available
  • Comfortable with the demands of a high-quality operation
  • Professional, reliable and ideally chef de partie immediately available to start quickly
