Position Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the company's highest-ranking executive, bearing comprehensive responsibility for corporate strategy formulation and execution, operational management, resource integration, and organizational development. The CEO is accountable for the company's overall performance and long-term growth, and reports directly to the Board of Directors.
II. Core Responsibilities
1. Strategy Formulation and Implementation
- Formulate the company's medium-to-long-term development strategies (3–5 years) and annual operating plans.
- Identify industry trends and market opportunities to define the company's strategic direction.
- Drive the cascading and execution of strategies to ensure the achievement of objectives.
2. Comprehensive Operational Management
- Oversee the company's daily operations (including business, finance, human resources, technology, etc.).
- Optimize organizational structures and management processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure the company's profitability and maintain healthy cash flow.
3. Executive Team Management
- Build and lead the core management team (CXO level).
- Define executive roles, responsibilities, and performance objectives.
- Drive the development of corporate culture and the enhancement of organizational capabilities.
4. Capital and Investment Management
- Lead major initiatives such as fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and strategic partnerships.
- Cultivate investor relations and maintain the company's image within the capital markets.
- Enhance the company's valuation and capital management capabilities.
5. External Relations and Brand Representation
- Serve as the company's principal representative, managing relationships with government bodies, media outlets, and key clients.
- Elevate the company's brand influence and industry standing.
- Participate in key business negotiations and partnership decision-making processes.
6. Risk and Compliance Management
- Establish and maintain the company's risk control framework.
- Ensure that all business operations remain legal and compliant with regulations.
- Manage and respond to major crises and unforeseen incidents.
III. Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (an MBA is preferred).
- Over 20 years of management experience, including at least 15 years in senior executive roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading corporate growth or organizational transformation.
