Do you want to make a genuine difference to people during some of the most important and emotional moments in their lives?
We’re looking for a compassionate and resilient Client Care Coordinator to join our team and provide exceptional support to clients throughout their treatment journey. As one of the first people our clients meet in person, you’ll provide reassurance, clear information and exceptional care in sensitive and sometimes challenging situations. This is a varied role where empathy, professionalism and confident decision-making are essential, while working independently to ensure every client receives the right support as quickly as possible.
We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills, emotional resilience, and the confidence to handle difficult conversations with compassion. Experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial, and flexibility to work up to 2 Saturdays per month is required.
In return, you’ll join a supportive organisation where your work truly matters, with opportunities to grow and develop your career within MSI UK.
