Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Site Manager Midlands to join our team on a full-time basis. This hybrid role is based in the Midlands, with the flexibility to work remotely as required. The responsibilities include managing daily on-site operations, ensuring the optimal performance of laundry equipment, coordinating service schedules, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves supervising a team, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications Experience in client relationship management and excellent interpersonal skills. Skills in team management, leadership, and coordination. Operational knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and preventive maintenance. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using scheduling and operational software tools. Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and travel locally when required. Understanding of health and safety regulations, with previous experience in a similar industry being an advantage. Full UK driving license.
