This is a permanent, full-time, daytime position working Monday to Friday, offering a salary of up to £66,000.00 per annum plus a car allowance. Tasks and responsibilities: Responsible for driving operational efficiency through data-led insights and systems across multiple sites, working closely with Operations, Finance, and IT to improve performance, planning, and decision-making. Ensure efficient flow of operations by identifying improvements and removing bottlenecks Ensure efficient flow of operations by identifying improvements and removing bottlenecks Develop and maintain tools to support KPI tracking and performance visibility Support managers in evaluating volumes versus forecasts and planning resources effectively Analyse KPI performance and work with stakeholders to meet and exceed targets Provide performance insights and recommendations in operational meetings Support event planning and execution, including allocations and workflow planning Manage and develop the team in line with company standards (performance, absence, disciplinary, recruitment) Promote and maintain a safe working environment Promote and maintain a safe working environment Profile: Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred) Experience working in a BI, data, or performance-focused role within logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce Proven experience managing and developing teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and IT Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple sites Confident communicator with the ability to present data and insights clearly Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset Strong focus on operational efficiency, accuracy, and performance delivery What do we offer?
