Commercial Property Solicitor – Investment (4+ PQE) Location: Manchester Practice: Commercial Property / Real Estate A highly regarded commercial law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its growing Investment team in Manchester. The Role You will join a well-established and expanding real estate practice, advising on a broad range of commercial property matters with a focus on investment work. Your experience will include: Acquisitions and disposals (investment and owner-occupied assets) Landlord & tenant and asset management work Supporting on development and regeneration projects Advising on property finance, restructuring and distressed assets Working alongside specialists across planning, construction and tax You will take ownership of matters while working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions.
