Commercial Property Development Solicitor / Associate (NQ–4 PQE) Northampton | Hybrid Working Salary: £45,000-£60,000

Oculus Legal Group working with a highly reputable regional law firm who are looking to grow their partner-led Commercial Property Development team with the addition of a Solicitor / Associate (NQ–4 years PQE).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking team with a strong pipeline of high-quality development work, acting for developers, landowners and investors across a range of projects.

The Role: You’ll be involved in a broad range of commercial property development matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals of development land. Option and promotion agreements. Site assembly and strategic land transactions. Overage and conditional contracts. Supporting on larger, complex development projects. You’ll have the opportunity to run your own matters while also working closely with experienced senior lawyers on more complex deals.

About You: NQ – 4 years PQE (England & Wales). Experience in commercial property, ideally with exposure to development work. Strong technical ability with a commercial mindset. Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. Keen to develop within a specialist Commercial Property Development team.
