Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its busy and well‑regarded Commercial Property team. The role offers flexibility on location, with opportunities available across their various Merseyside offices.

You will manage a varied and high‑quality commercial property caseload from instruction through to post‑completion, supported by an experienced legal and administrative team.

Key Responsibilities; Managing a full commercial property caseload, including: Sales and purchases Landlord and tenant matters Refinancing transactions Running matters from onboarding through to completion Ensuring files are managed accurately and in line with regulatory and internal compliance standards

About You; 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property Strong technical expertise across a broad range of commercial property matters Excellent organisational and time‑management skills The ability to work independently with a proactive and self‑motivated attitude
