Community Engagement & Volunteering Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Community, Participation & Volunteering Manager to lead initiatives in Carmarthenshire, based in Llandeilo. In this role, you will develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote active participation, social inclusion, and volunteerism within local communities.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

Designing and delivering programs that encourage community involvement and volunteer opportunities. Building strong relationships with community groups, stakeholders, and local organizations. Coordinating volunteer recruitment, training, and support to ensure effective engagement. Monitoring and evaluating the impact of community projects to inform continuous improvement. Promoting inclusive participation initiatives to reach diverse populations. Managing budgets, resources, and reporting on project outcomes.
