🚨We’re Hiring: Compliance & Finance Manager🚨 💷 Salary: £28,500 per year 📍 Location: Glasgow About Us Care Response 24/7 provides high-quality care staffing solutions, supporting healthcare services with reliable and skilled professionals. The Role We’re looking for an organised and proactive Compliance & Finance Manager to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining finance, compliance, and operational support, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Finance Manage and coordinate payroll for our external workforce Process wages accurately and on time Generate and issue client invoices Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on remittances Handle credit control and resolve payment queries 🔹 Compliance Ensure all care workers meet mandatory requirements (training, PVG, SSSC registration) Support onboarding of new care workers Maintain accurate and compliant staff records Train staff on internal systems and mobile app usage Set up care workers on CRM systems Issue uniforms, ID badges, and PPE 🔹 Operational Support Assist across multiple business functions Support scheduling and shift coordination Manage worker availability Participate in the on-call rota (Monday–Sunday as required) About You ✔ Highly organised with strong attention to detail ✔ Able to manage multiple priorities effectively ✔ Confident communicator and problem solver ✔ Flexible and team-oriented ✔ Comfortable working with systems and data ✔ Experience in compliance and/or finance is a bonus (not essential) What We Offer ✨ Supportive and collaborative team environment 📈 Opportunities to develop across finance, compliance, and operations 🎓 Ongoing training and professional development 📩 Interested?
