Construction Manager - East Coast

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead delivery on an Overhead Line (OHL) project based in Edzell.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery in line with programme and commercial objectives.

What you'll be doing

Full ownership of site construction activities from planning through to delivery Driving a Zero Harm culture and ensuring all HSE standards are met Managing and developing a multidisciplinary site team Overseeing programme, cost and quality performance Leading subcontractor management and supply chain delivery Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Ensuring robust planning, reporting and risk management

Who we're looking for

Proven experience in a Construction Manager or senior site leadership role, ideally within OHL, utilities or infrastructure Strong track record of delivering projects to programme and budget Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills Commercially aware with knowledge of contracts and cost control Strong commitment to health, safety and continuous improvement

Additional Information

Role is primarily site-based in Edzell Travel required between sites and to Head Office (Motherwell) for meetings and training
