Construction Solicitor / Senior Lawyer

We are working with a top-tier UK law firm based in Belfast for an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Construction team.

The Role: The successful candidate will join a growing Construction team in Belfast, working on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and real estate development.

They will advise on development and transactional projects, support dispute resolution through adjudication and court proceedings, and work with standard industry contracts including NEC, FIDIC, and JCT.

Essential Criteria: 1-7 PQE; Strong construction law background; Business development experience; Commercial awareness; Supervising experience; Ability to build upon existing and new client relationships; Strong communication skills; Team player; Technically excellent.
