About the role: We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive to join the marketing team and help create compelling content that attracts, informs and engages target audiences. This role will focus on developing high-quality copy, driving website traffic, supporting brand awareness, and using SEO, GEO and analytics to improve content performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver content aligned to short- and long-term marketing objectives Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and create site content for target audiences Write engaging copy that builds awareness, interest, engagement and action Optimise content for SEO, GEO, AI and LLM search visibility Use marketing analytics tools to review website traffic and engagement metrics Manage distribution across online channels and social media to increase web traffic Support editorial planning, workflows and content calendars Respond quickly to market-moving events with timely, relevant content Monitor, report and optimise content performance on an ongoing basis Build a strong understanding of business priorities, customer needs and market context Work closely with regional marketers to support campaigns and commercial objectives Champion collaboration across teams and contribute to knowledge sharing

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a similar field

Skills & Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in content marketing, copywriting or a related role Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills Solid understanding of SEO and GEO, including AI and LLM search Experience using analytics tools to assess content performance Ability to research and write on market-moving events and industry topics Good commercial awareness and ability to understand broader business priorities Able to turn customer insight and data into effective content plans Confident collaborating across teams and supporting regional marketing needs High attention to detail and a consistent standard of quality Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Approachable, collaborative and committed to knowledge sharing
