About You Social You Magazine is the go-to destination for 40+ women seeking empowering fashion, lifestyle and beauty expertise. We are experts in creating viral video and our content is viewed millions of times a month, with a roster of rapidly increasing commercial clients.

The Role We are looking for a social media obsessed producer, specialising in fashion, beauty and lifestyle content. You’ll love coming up with big ideas for entertaining video formats, with an in-depth experience of ideating and producing best-in-class social content.

Reports to: Head of Channel

Responsibilities of the Role Working with the Head of Channel and camera-facing content team to create innovative video and static content for You’s social platforms, informed by current trends and data Ideate, develop and produce both editorial and commercial content, across all our platforms Manage ideas from initial concepts to storyboarding, producing and publishing Organise shoots from booking locations and contributing creators to calling in relevant products and props Brief videographers on shot lists, edits and post-production Build relationships with PRs to ensure latest fashion and beauty products are incorporated into content ideas Use analytics to assess previous formats and inform future content decisions

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes: Proven experience in creating high creative and entertaining content for TikTok and Instagram Experience running or contributing to social platforms with an engaged audience A big thinker with an appetite for disruptive ideas A passion for women’s interest categories, particularly beauty Highly organised, strong attention to detail and comfortable working on a fast-paced desk
