A top-tier UK law firm is looking to appoint a senior contentious construction lawyer into its growing London team.

This is a particularly strong opportunity for someone operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level who is looking to continue working on complex, high-value disputes, but within a more balanced and collegiate environment than is typically found elsewhere at the top end of the market.

The team is Band 1 / Tier 1 ranked and advises across major infrastructure, transport, energy, utilities and real estate projects, both domestically and internationally.

The role will involve:

High-value construction litigation (including TCC matters) Domestic and international arbitration Adjudications and dispute avoidance strategy Strategic project advisory work across the project lifecycle Mediation, expert determination and ADR processes Acting for developers, employers, contractors and major infrastructure clients

The wider construction practice is one of the strongest in the UK market and the London disputes offering is continuing to grow, creating a genuine opportunity for the right person to help shape and build the practice longer-term.
