Contract Facilitator (Freelance)

This is not traditional training.

We’re not looking for people who read slides. We’re looking for facilitators who can: Create energy in a room Engage frontline teams Inspire behaviour change Bring purpose to life

As our business grows, we’re expanding our trusted network of freelance facilitators for projects across the UK. All successful candidates go through the MoonShot Facilitator Training Programme before working on client projects.

📍 Location: Must be within 1 hour of London or Manchester 💰 Day rate: £350 – £500 (depending on experience) ⌛ Deadline for applications: 11th May 2026 📅 Work: Project-based, freelance
