Corporate Associate / Senior Associate – Manchester – Up to £105,000

A top-tier national law firm with a strong reputation across the UK is seeking a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding Manchester office. With significant investment in its regional platform and a clear growth strategy, this is an outstanding opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking to take the next step in their career.

The firm is recognised for advising a high-quality and diverse client base, including entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, private equity investors and established corporates. This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters while gaining increased responsibility and visibility within a growing team.

The Role:

Advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions and business sales and acquisitions Supporting clients on shareholder agreements, joint ventures and investment work Providing corporate governance advice and ongoing commercial advisory support Managing transactions from instruction through to completion, with appropriate autonomy Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders on high-value and complex deals Building and developing client relationships, with opportunities to grow your own network Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the Manchester practice

About You:

Solicitor with 4–8 years’ PQE with strong experience in corporate transactional work Commercially astute with strong technical ability Confident, proactive and client-focused in your approach Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with a desire to build your practice Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
