Meraki Talent is partnering with an Corporate Finance advisory boutique seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join its execution team.

This is role is focused on the delivery of transactions to completion, over time it has potential to grow into including business development responsibilities.

You will have day-to-day responsibilities to run live M&A and fundraising transactions end-to-end within a lean, high-performing team.

Deal size:

Typically, mid-market with additional exposure to larger transactions Sectors: Broad and sector-agnostic with current mandates in Drinks, Housing, Government & Renewables

Environment:

Entrepreneurial, accountable, independent, collaborative, productive

You will:

Run transaction execution day-to-day Manage advisers, investors and counterparties Represent the firm directly with clients Maintain pace and commercial discipline

This role suits an investment banking or corporate finance professional who prefers running deals rather than chasing them.
